Client management This module includes management of all the information related to clients, including actions with certain clients performed and planned by the company, as well as alerts about important events of the client.
Competition management In this module, new competitions are developed and their statistics can be seen.
Contract management In this module, contracts with the estimates and anticipated works, including drawing up plans, business trips and respective documents.
Drawing up management In the drawing up module acts are formed, which are compared to the planned works. When forming a drawing up document, raw materials and items are automatically written-off.
Employee management In this module, all information related to employees, including tasks, goals, working hours accounting and wage, is controlled.
Offers for clients management In this module, offers are developed, which are sent to the clients directly from the system. A proposal history stored in the system allows running an analysis of proposal statistics.
Project management In this module, information about the project and all interested parties is provided, and responsibility assignment matrix is established. Information about project works and activities can be found. When the project is over, the concluding remarks of the project are provided in the project card.
Purchase document management Order documents are synchronized with contract documents, which are sent to the accounting programme.
Purchase order management In this module, a list of raw material and item need is formed automatically, orders for suppliers are developed and their control is carried out.
Report management In this module, various results of the company’s activity are provided structurally.
Resource management Planning of resource occupancy takes place here. There is a possibility to reserve necessary resources for certain works, as well as run the analysis of their occupancy.
Sales document management In this module, sales documents are established, which are later sent to the accounting programme. The clients are informed about the unpaid invoices by means of automatic alerts.
Storage management This module is dedicated for remainder management of raw materials and items. In the storage module, the raw materials and items can be reserved for certain works.
